Meeting and interacting with different people on a daily basis and the fact that no day is the same.
As well as this I quote enjoy the chat you have with your team mates as it can really make a shift.

What do you enjoy about teaching?

My motivation to become a trainer came from sitting the door course myself. My trainer at the time made it funny and engaging so I thought I’d probably give it a go in the future.I particularly like the conflict management section of the course as it’s great to see people develop their confidence when taking part in the scenario sections
