FGH Security has been recognised as one of the Best Places to Work 2024 by The Sunday Times.
The Sunday Times Best Places to Work Awards, powered by WorkL, recognises organisations who have consistently high levels of employee experience and wellbeing in the UK.
FGH Security was ranked in the ‘Big Organisation’ category. Other ‘Best Places to Work’ included leading organisations such as Bella Italia, Dishoom, Dorchester Collection UK Hotels, and LVMH.
Peter Harrison, FGH Security Founder and Managing Director, commented:
“We are a people business, so looking after our team is our number one priority. We have exceptional team members who work in challenging environments, and we will continue to seek out new and innovative ways to attract and retain the industry’s best people.”
This recognition builds on our long history of employee engagement. We were also recognised by The Sunday Times in 2023 for this award. Prior to that, we had been named a Times Top 100 Employer.
The Sunday Times Best Places to Work awards survey uses 26 questions from WorkL’s employee engagement survey. These are developed by behavioural scientists, data analysts, psychologists, business leaders, academics and other independent parties to most accurately monitor employee engagement, wellbeing and discretionary effort in the workplace.
At the start of this year we were also awarded Places to Work 2024. This is also an employees’ choice award that is based on reviews from our team members.
