Our team are to be deployed over the entire trading window and upon arrival our team members will sign in on our dedicated rostering system and immediately report to store management to let them know they have arrived.
Besides ensure that the shop customer number limit is not breached we’ll ensure that we give each of your customers a warm welcome. We’ll also ensure that each of our team members is fully briefed so they can answer any questions your customers have regarding social distancing, the measures the store has in place and/or refer them to the relevant person or point of information. For us it’s paramount that our team facilitate a positive experience for each customer visiting the store while still maintaining the appropriate social distancing measures.
The Marshal’s primary purpose is to provide safe queue management, ensuring that social distancing is observed, to include themselves, Security Officers, Partners & customers, whilst communicating our policy. The Marshal is to signpost customers and provide queue guidance; they are to calmly bring waiting time tension down, and not be drawn into any form of escalation.
