During service provision changes we understand that existing staff members can b a fantastic resource and you may be keen to keep critical staff working on site.  We have a very successful and productive TUPE process which works with transferred employees to ensure full integration and, where possible, improve their performance and development opportunities.

Our company holds NSI Gold for Security Guarding which incorporates ISO9001 and certification to BS7499 and BS7858.  With multiple internal audits by the NSI and by our internal auditors these certifications ensure we are constantly looking to continually improve, we .  We have an in-depth comprehensive H&S policy that ensure every single member of staff receives H&S training, our environmental policy takes into account our impact on the local environment and our Corporate Social Responsibility policy is one that delivers real value to all of the communities we serve.

Our Operations Managers manage no more than ten contracts each.  This gives your client manager time to focus on you and to ensure that service delivery continues to meet your needs.  The personal touch from our mangers motivate every team member to achieve the best possible results.

Frequent Performance Reviews – Performance reviews improve service by implementing best practices, addressing changing requirements and measuring achievements against key performance indicators.

Leading Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) – Before a contract begins, we assist in designing a comprehensive SLA that is customised to you.  This measures the requirements that are most important to you.  We will monitor these throughout the contract life-cycle.

Exceeding Industry Standards – We are certificated to the relevant British Standards for all service provision.  Our latest SIA Approved Contractor score is 152 which places us well inside the top 5% of the UK suppliers.
