We have a highly trained internal management structure to ensure that we are constantly improving our service and delivery. All of our chartered managers hold a Level 5 qualification in crowd management and a Level 4 NVQ in spectator safety. Large portions of our operations managers are qualified trainers and heavily involved in cultivating the best team members to the industry.
