In 2024, we were named Sunday Times Best Large Places to Work, after previously being awarded the year prior. We have also appeared on the Glassdoor Top 50 Employers UK in 2024 and featured in E2E100 Job Creation Track, coming 43rd out of the UK’s 100 fastest-growing employers.
With over 20 awards in the last 5 years, this demonstrates our values of Keep People Safe and Be Great Today Better Tomorrow through our continuous focus on our team’s development.
Commitment to Skills Award
Our Management Training Programme represents our significant investment in our organisation as well as the security sector, ensuring that trained professionals emerge in the industry and are retained.
Our Management Training Programme is a 12-month training program embedded with our organisational culture and values. This year at the Outstanding Security Performance Awards we were named a finalist for this initiative, and we are proud to announce we have been named a finalist for the Commitment to Skills Award.
We’re looking forward to this year’s award ceremony, hosted at the Winter Gardens, Blackpool, on the 13th of March 2025.
