We’re pleased to enjoy an early Christmas present as the finalists of the Outstanding Security Performance Awards 2022 were announced. As a result, FGH Security boasts finalists in four categories:
Jessica Spencer – Outstanding Contract Security Manager/Director
Youcef Saadi – Outstanding Security Officer
Ana Rita Pernes – Outstanding Young Security Professional
Events and Festivals Team – Outstanding Event Security Team
The Events and Festivals team delivered the best summer calendar possible. This was despite starting in August rather than April and the ongoing effects of Covid-19. Everyone involved put in a massive effort and deserve our thanks, with a special shout out to the WonderHall team, who were the main case study used.
Youcef has been an inspiration to the team at Adidas, and to the London region more widely. He is a great example of what it means to live the company values. Youcef always puts his team first and nothing is too much trouble for him. We couldn’t be happier to have him on board.
Ana Rita has progressed from being a front-line steward to overseeing recruitment for the whole of FGH in less than 3 years. Ana Rita has bounced back from furlough to run major, business-critical projects. We see an incredible future for her in the industry.
Jessica oversees the Shared Services team at Head Office. She is the only woman nominated as an Outstanding Manager/Director category, clearly demonstrating the need for last weeks She Set the Standard campaign, as well as our commitment as a company to promoting women in security.
