We are excited to announce that Kadar Hersi has been named a finalist at the Outstanding Security Performance Awards (OSPAs) in the ‘Outstanding Security Officer’ category.
Kadar joined FGH Security in 2021 as a Response Officer for the New West End Company (NWEC), becoming the youngest team member to take on the NWEC patch at the age of 22. Over the past few years, Kadar has embedded himself perfectly within the team, utilising his previous security experience to excel in his role. In 2023, Kadar was promoted to Duty Security Manager for NWEC.
Regularly leading patrol operations with the police and retailers, Kadar has become a significant member of the team, demonstrating excellent leadership and collaboration skills. He has also played an important role in the implementation of new reporting software, improving team documentation, and setting higher standards for accountability and compliance. Kadar has also gone above and beyond to actively support vulnerable people through morning welfare checks and collaborations with Westminster City Council and StreetLink.
Kadar continues to demonstrate excellence through his consistent professionalism, outstanding work ethic, proactive attitude, and commitment to self-development. His contribution has been a testament to our organisational values and our purpose of Keeping People Safe.
