New West End Company: Operation JADE

We would like to share some good news from our deployment at the New West End Company (NWEC).

Our team collaborated with Westminster County Council, Metropolitan Police, Health and Safety Officers, Trading Standards and Immigration to carry out Operation JADE.

This operation achieved excellent results including:

– Trading Standards Officers seized goods including unsafe toys, counterfeit clothing and illegal nicotine products.
– Health and Safety Officers served three notices for unsafe electrical goods.
– Police seized two bags of foodstuffs that had over the legal limit of THC.

Testimonials from clients also highlight the excellent work that our NWEC team do on a daily basis. A store manager at Marks & Spencer said:

“Thank you to the night and day teams at NWEC, their presence was very reassuring for both our customers and our staff.”

Christine Lawlor has been named Team Member of the Month by NWEC Management.

“Since the beginning of the new contract, Christine has been consistently exceeding expectations on the night team. She has offered huge support to Zach in creating detailed intel reports and training new handlers on the team. She always has time to help others; on the way home after a shift she stopped to help a lone female having a heart attack.”

We are really proud of the whole team for this positive feedback.  Above all, we would like to congratulate Christine for her Team Member of the Month Award.

We recognize the challenges faced by all our teams on the ground during the busy festive period.  However, they are doing an amazing job under difficult circumstances.  The feedback above proves it.
