Jess opted against the conventional route of university education, and instead has learnt on the job. She has a Prince2 qualification, IOSH Managing Safely and of course, her SIA door supervision licence.

Jess specialises in change, standardisation and project management, which is also her favourite aspect of her role. In terms of best professional achievements, one moment that stands out in particular for Jess is when she was Security Manager of a 30,000 capacity concert space in Saudi Arabia for over 12 nights.
Since meeting Pete at Manchester Pride in 2012, she has worked in the control room at various events and festivals, before coming on board with the company full time in 2020.
