We are excited to announce that Kyara Hughes has been named as a finalist at The Security and Fire Excellence Awards in the ‘Security Officer of the Year’ category.
Kyara joined FGH Security in 2023, as steward before obtaining her SIA Door Supervision Licence. In this short time, she has embedded herself perfectly within the team, working in our National Control Centre and at festivals throughout the UK. She now operates as a Recruitment Officer at our head office.
Positioned regularly at The Sugarhouse, She has been an integral part of the welfare team offering excellent physical and emotional support, ensuring appropriate measures are taken to get people home safely fully embodying our organisational values and our purpose of Keeping People Safe.
Kyara has also been heavily involved in the set up of our new software offering feedback on operational processes including check calls and monitoring. Her support is significant in the implementation of our value of Look After Our Team offering a direct line of communication to those conducting lone work.
She continues to demonstrate excellence through her consistent professionalism, outstanding work ethic, proactiveness and commitment to self-development. This is evidenced by glowing feedback from seniors and external stakeholders, stating how she is an asset to our organisation.
