This weekend will see over 80,000 people make their way to Southport Flower Show. The show is the largest independent flower show in the UK and is one of the largest in Europe. Besides the fantastic displays and horticultural competitions the event features a range of activities and events from live chef demonstrations through to gala dinners and horse riding displays.
This year the charity organising the event have chosen to work with us and we have provided a complete security service which combines the best elements of our Security Guarding and Event Security divisions. “This is a unique high footfall event which requires the crowd management expertise of our events staff combined with high value asset protection and overnight site supervision which lends itself towards our security personnel,” explained Leo Devlin (Security Guarding Operations Manager). “It is a unique event that requires a specific solution and I’m confident we have put together a package which will not only meet the client’s needs but also capitalise on our customer service focus and help to make sure that everyone attending the event has a safe and enjoyable time.”
The event is also another excellent example of how we tailor our security services to a client and an audience rather than only providing restrictive and limited service.
