FGH Staff Internal Vacancy – Casual Trainer

An Internal Vacancy has arisen to join the FGH Training division as a casual trainer.

The role will require a commitment of approximately 10 days per year.

This will be a combination of full days, half days and quarter days with a good deal of evening and weekend work. Pay for the role will be £10.00 per hour.

Applicants should demonstrate sector competence with all aspects of security work. Due to awarding body requirements the candidate should have a minimum of three years front line security work or substantial experience (e.g. full time DS work) over a shorter time period.

Applicants should also be fully committed to the vision for FGH Security and strongly engaged with the organisation as well as prepared to attend meetings to develop and improve training content.

No training qualification is necessary as FGH will provide a Level 3 Award in Education and Training opportunity for successful applicants. It will be necessary to attend this course for a total of five days and complete three assignments in order to pass.

Applications from employees with existing training experience and qualifications are also encouraged.
