For the past 6 years we have been offering a Licence Saving Scheme to all employees with an SIA licence due to expire within a year. We agree an amount and then this is deducted from your monthly gross wages.
The benefits to you are:
- We take the saving before tax so you keep more of your money of your wages
- Relatively small amount taken each month giving you the comfort of knowing it will be paid for before expiry
- FGH administer the whole process from start to finish, including reapplying for your new licence
