We are excited to share that our team has been honoured with two prestigious awards—‘Outstanding Young Security Professional’ and ‘Outstanding Event Security Team’—at last night’s Outstanding Security Performance Awards (OSPAs). These awards highlight our dedications and commitment to providing exceptional security and crowd management solutions, further solidifying our reputation as a leader in the industry.
The OSPAs are globally recognised for celebrating excellence in the security sector. This year’s ceremony took place at the Royal Lancaster, London, bringing together hundreds of security professionals from across the UK and beyond.
We are incredibly proud of Tom Marsh, who was named Outstanding Young Security Professional. Tom has played a pivotal role in managing key contracts and leading teams, earning this recognition for his outstanding contributions to the industry. His professionalism, dedication to personal growth, and leadership have led to his recent and well-deserved promotion to Operations Manager. Reflecting on his achievement, Tom shared:

We are also proud to have won the ‘Outstanding Event Security Team’ award for our work at Hyde Park Winter Wonderland—marking our fifth win in this category. Our commitment to exceptional customer service remains at the heart of what we do, reinforcing our brand promise, Friendliest People. In 2023, our dedication was further recognised with IMG’s Special Recognition Award for our ‘Outstanding Contribution to Hyde Park Winter Wonderland’.
A special mention goes to Melody Nortcliffe, Operations Manager, who was shortlisted for ‘Outstanding Female Security Professional’ at the OSPAs following another year of leading Team FGH at Winter Wonderland. With over 2.5 million visitors, our Best Trained Team worked tirelessly throughout the winter season to create a safe and enjoyable experience for all.
