Festival Supplier Awards

The Festival Supplier Awards were established in 2014 as the leading authority in recognising achievements of outdoor event and festival suppliers. The award categories cover multiple event essentials: from staging, crowd management and stage crew, to technology and security. The awards also recognise environmental impact in the form of awards for green suppliers, as well as acknowledging stand out production teams.

2020: Awarded, Best Crowd Management / Security for a record breaking third year! Crowd Management is a huge part of FGH Security’s provision and something we take pride in. This award demonstrates the passion, hard work and dedication our team have shown to all our clients over the past year.

2019: Awarded, Best Crowd Management / Security for the second year! More than 350 of the best of the festival industry’s leading suppliers, organisers and stakeholders met at the prestigious London’s Hurlingham Club. Crowd Management is a large part of FGH.  To be judged by our peers in our industry demonstrates the hard work and dedication we have shown to all our clients throughout the past year.

2018: Awarded Best Crowd Management / Security. The Festival Supplier Awards is unique in the sense that the panel of judges are not part of the security industry so entries are assessed from the perspective of the client or end service user.

The Sunday Times Top 100 List & Best Companies

On the 27th February 2019 we became the best security company in the UK to work for as we were the only security company to be placed on any Sunday Times Best Companies To Work For List. We were places 89th on the Sunday Times Best Small Companies To Work For 2019 list and 23rd in the Best Companies To Work For In The North West 2019 list.

The prestigious Best Companies List, published annually, is all about putting Britain’s best employers in the spotlight. Organisations across the board are judged on a variety of factors, including workplace engagement, staff well-being, perks, and company culture.

How has the Sunday Times Best 100 Small Companies to Work for List been compiled?

The Best Companies Survey comprises of statements for employees to score from ‘strongly agree’ to ‘strongly disagree’ on a seven-point scale. These then fall into seven categories, which are: Leadership, Well being, My Manager, My Team, Fair Deal, Giving Something Back, My Company and Personal Growth.

The list then analyses the replies to questionnaires asking employees how happy they are with all areas of their working life.

We achieved a 3 Star accreditation status meaning we have shown extraordinary levels of engagement and the ranking shows that FGH Security employees had plenty of positive things to say about their job, management, the culture and the company they work for.
