The UK Outstanding Security Performance Awards 2019 finalists have been announced.
This year FGH has been shortlisted for 5 awards; Outstanding Contract Security Company, Outstanding Customer Service Initiative, Outstanding Security Training Initiative, Outstanding Event Team & Outstanding Security Partnership.
We’re hoping to be victorious once again in 2019 after coming home with the award for Outstanding Security Training Initiative in 2018.
This is the third year the OSPA’s have taken place. These awards serve to acknowledge and credit the contributions that companies like ours makes to the security industry. These five award nominations recognise our teams fantastic work, the exceptional initiative taken place and the individuals who have gone above and beyond their duties.
Winners will be announced at the evening awards ceremony on Thursday, 28 February 2019 at the Royal Lancaster London. FGH will be attending to celebrate the outstanding performance across the industry at this special event.
This news comes just days after the announcement from Best Companies that we have been awarded a 3 Star accreditation. Best Companies compile the Times Top 100 Best Companies to Work For lists which are also released in February each year. We don’t know if we’ve made the list yet, but the 3 Star accreditation is the highest we can be awarded and shows an ‘extraordinary’ level of workplace engagement.
Marketing Manager, David Hassall said, “This is a massive achievement because with the Outstanding Security Performance Awards, we are competing on a European stage. I would like to thank all the staff who helped us achieve this.”
