This is a really tough one. I am very fortunate to have such an amazing team around me and to be constantly offered so many opportunities with both FGH Security and the Royal Marines.
Highlights so far:
1. Appearing on BBC Dragons Den,
2. Climbing Mont Blanc,
3. Running 72 miles coast to coast,
4. Gaining my Green Beret,
5. Standing on stage with my team every time we win a new award.
I founded FGH Security when I was a first-year student aged 19. I was sick and tired of security companies treating my friends really badly. It was meant to be just a little bit of pocket money whilst I studied. By the time I graduated we had 60 people in our team so I decided to pursue it full time.
We have been very fortunate to have some amazing customers that have taken us on their growth journeys over the past fifteen years.
Every day is just amazing at work. I am very lucky to be involved in so many projects and to work with so many really great passionate people.
