The Elephant and Liberty Tavern working with FGH Security

We specialise in places requiring dynamic people, a customer focus and those needing a complex solution

The Elephant Pub and Bakehouse is a unique bar and bistro experience situated in Woolton Liverpool and offers locals and visitors alike the option to enjoy fabulous food, in modern and stylish surroundings. The Elephant has been given a new lease of life thanks to investment, and the celebrity pull of Simon Rimmer, famous for co-presenting the cult Channel 4 lifestyle show Sunday Brunch. As such visitors to The Elephant can now enjoy artisan pizzas, hearty breakfasts and great pub grub with a twist, washed down with a pint or two British craft beers and ciders, or a Bavarian beer- if that’s your thing.

The Elephant now has the security to match their stylish and customer friendly image as in December FGH Security operatives could be seen on the doors, greeting the clientele and happy to lend a hand where needed. FGH are delighted to be now be providing the security to The Elephant Bar and Bakehouse, a venue which aligns with our ethos of quality people in quality places. ‘We have been looking to make our move into the Door Supervision market in Liverpool for some time’ says Ben Knott, FGH Senior Manager, ‘but although we have had many offers to provide security services, for us it is important to get the right venue’. ‘For us The Elephant is the right venue, indeed it is similar in style and its business approach to venues that we already deploy to in Manchester. This means we know we are a good cultural fit for our clients and are able to do justice to their requirements. The frontline operatives that are currently meeting and greeting our customers throughout the weekend are experienced in working similar venues. Securing the contract for The Elephant is a massive coup for us, we see it as a stepping stone for sustainable growth within the Liverpool area. Hopefully you’ll be seeing more of FGH Security in Liverpool very soon!’
