We are extremely proud to announce that we have been placed 89th on the 2019 Sunday Times Best 100 Small Companies to Work for List and 23rd in The Best Companies to Work For in the North West 2019 list.
Since been founded in Lancaster 16 years ago FGH have gone on to win a range of industry awards and we are now the most decorated security company in the UK. The only security company to ever make the Times Top 100 List.
The prestigious Best Companies List, published annually, is all about putting Britain’s best employers in the spotlight. Organisations across the board are judged on a variety of factors, including workplace engagement, staff well-being, perks, and company culture.
“I am ecstatic. Today is probably one of the biggest days of my business life. There are over 5 million SME’s in the UK. So to even make the list and be recognised as a Sunday Times Top 100 Employer means the absolute world. Even more so as this is based on opinions from our team.

How has the Sunday Times Best 100 Small Companies to Work for List been compiled?
The Best Companies Survey comprises of statements for employees to score from ‘strongly agree’ to ‘strongly disagree’ on a seven-point scale. These then fall into seven categories, which are: Leadership, Well being, My Manager, My Team, Fair Deal, Giving Something Back, My Company and Personal Growth.
The list then analyses the replies to questionnaires asking employees how happy they are with all areas of their working life.

Their ranking shows that FGH employees had plenty of positive things to say about their job, the culture and the company they work for.
