
Potential client makes contact with us and is put through to the relevant Divisional Manager or Director. We take some details about the site or venue and answer any initial questions that the potential client may have. Initial face to face meeting scheduled if required.
If viable the potential client is taken on a tour of sites or venues local to them where our staff currently work so they can get first-hand experience of the quality service we offer.

Full venue or site risk assessment and assignment instructions completed free of charge.
Personal Client Manager (PCM) assigned to the client. The PCM will be the clients first point of contact and champion all of their requirements in the company rather than the client getting passed around from person to person.
Client presented with a shortlist of potential staff members who FGH feel would be suited to the venue/site, its patrons and the client’s requirements. The client will also get the opportunity to meet these staff members and hand pick his/her own team.

Regular staff audits and mystery customer test purchases to ensure staff are maintaining and surpassing agreed standards.
Regular reviews with staff and details appraisals to ensure continuous development and service improvements.
PCM available for the client 24 hours a day with contingency plans in place to meet almost all short term needs quickly.
Scheduled details review meetings and reports.
Full security management and relevant support and representation with key steakholders when required (ie Police, Licencing, HSE etc).
