All operatives assigned to reception or concierge roles complete a qualification in customer service. We also have an in-house hospitality training module that covers reception and concierge duties as well as corporate events and this course can be tailored to your own specific requirements when delivered to your team.
Our company holds NSI Gold for Security Guarding which incorporates ISO9001 and certification to BS7499 and BS7858. Due to the volume of work we carry out we benefit from certain economies of scale; essentially this enables us to ensure that our security operatives spend at least twice as much time with our supervisory and management staff compared to industry guidelines – the net effect is a better service for your site.
