Ben joined FGH Security in 2007 after nearly 6 years in retail management, he has a broad range of experience across the whole of FGH Security’s operations and has developed into a predominantly client facing role overseeing the operations throughout Lancashire and Greater Manchester.

In his current position he manages a team of over 140 members of staff, and acts as the personal client manager for a number of our service users. Ben seeks to actively encourage staff development so the end service delivery he is responsible for lives up to both clients’ and his expectations.

In his formative years Ben has played Rugby to a semi-professional standard and enjoyed success when becoming the youngest ever Area Manager for a well-known supermarket retailer.
