Opt Out Agreement - Work Time Regulation

For your application to be successful you must opt out of the 48 hour working time directive. As the work is casual we do not have the means to monitor your working hours across other jobs so ask that you opt out to ensure that both you and the company are meeting legal requirements.

I agree that I may work for more than an average of 48 hours a week. If I change my mind, I will give my employer 3 months notice in writing to end this agreement.
